BY ROAD

Inverness is only 56 miles away, about 70 minutes drive from Ullapool

Simply take the A9 through Inverness to the Tore roundabout then follow the A835 all the way to Ullapool.

On entering Ullapool stay on the main road signposted ‘Achiltibuie / Lochinver’. After passing the secondary school and a zebra crossing take the first turning on the right – a small tree lined road.

The Stonehouses are signposted on the right branch at the top of this road.

BY AIR

Inverness Airport is to the east of the city, and only 64 miles (1½ hour drive) from Ullapool.

BY RAIL

Inverness Railway station is located in the city centre and only 56 miles (70 minute drive) from Ullapool.

BY BUS

There are scheduled buses from Inverness to Ullapool which connect with the ferries check www.travelinescotland.com for information on public transport.

CAR RENTAL & AIRPORT PICKUP

Cars can be rented from a number of companies from Inverness Airport or from Ullapool itself.

Alternatively a pick up can be arranged from the airport to Ullapool for around £100 one way.
